Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are actively hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist in greater Fort Wayne to support a leading manufacturer within the automotive industry. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for processing cash receipts and applications, all postings, B2B collections and account reconciliations.

Responsibilities of Accounts Receivable Specialist

  • Process all cash receipts, cash applications, and all postings
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve aging issues
  • Issue invoices
  • Assist with year-end audit preparations and reports

    • Qualifications for Accounts Receivable Specialist

  • 2 years manufacturing AR and Collections experience
  • Must have familiarity and ability with SAP, Excel
  • Experience with EDI-tracking and problem solving
