Compensation : Up to $157,000 per year
PTO : 20 days PTO (increases to 25 after 5 years), 11 paid holidays

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and develop a team of Business Systems Analysts through coaching, training, and performance management
Drive strategic implementation of business systems initiatives across the organization
Oversee end-to-end system implementation of transformative projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure systems meet business needs
Establish and maintain policies, procedures, documentation, and quality assurance guidelines
Manage IT execution and BSA budgets effectively
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years of business / systems analyst experience with demonstrated people leadership
Proven track record in process improvement and operational optimization
Excellence in stakeholder management and communication at all levels
Strong technical acumen and analytical problem-solving abilities
