About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Enterprise Systems Manager to take ownership of our core business applications, with a significant focus on Salesforce CRM systems alongside other critical enterprise applications. This role will drive the roadmap for these systems, ensuring they scale and perform to meet business needs. You’ll play a key role in decision-making, balancing day-to-day support, triaging helpdesk tickets, and leading projects, all while optimizing resource utilization across onshore and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the development, administration, and enhancement of Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and other integrated applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and ensure Salesforce effectively supports revenue operations.
- Manage the development, customization, and integration of Salesforce, working closely with teams across the organization to ensure the system effectively supports revenue operations.
- Facilitate and lead Change Control Board (CCB) meetings to evaluate, prioritize, and approve system changes, ensuring alignment with business goals and minimizing disruption.
- Partner with stakeholders in Sales, Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, and Warehouse to identify opportunities for process optimization and implement system improvements that enhance performance and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of system administrators and offshore resources, promoting collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
- Develop and maintain system roadmaps, ensuring that business applications evolve in line with the company’s strategic goals and scaling needs.
- Monitor system health and performance, proactively addressing risks, improving security, and ensuring uptime and reliability.
- Drive projects for new system implementations, enhancements, and integrations, ensuring they are well-planned, delivered on schedule, and effectively adopted by the business.
- Report regularly to leadership on system performance, team progress, and key initiatives, providing clear visibility into priorities and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce, including system architecture, administration, customization, and integrations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role overseeing enterprise systems teams such as administrators and developers.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise systems, including Salesforce, with a focus on integration capabilities. Experience with SAP integration is a strong plus.
- Experience in establishing deployment processes and sandbox management strategies for Salesforce to support efficient development, testing, and production workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce tools such as Sales Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and AppExchange applications. Familiarity with related platforms like MuleSoft, Salesloft, Pardot, and Adaptive Insights is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect are highly desirable. MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer or Integration Architect) are a plus.
- Strong background in managing formal change management processes, including facilitating Change Control Board (CCB) meetings, and using ticket management systems like Jira or Azure DevOps for prioritizing and resolving technical requests efficiently.
- Demonstrated leadership skills managing onshore and offshore teams, optimizing performance, and driving resource utilization.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a proactive mindset for improving Salesforce and other business systems.
