Director of Finance (Succession to CFO)

We are seeking a Director of Finance to lead the financial strategy, drive business insights, and support organizational growth.

About the Opportunity

Our client, a PE-backed organization, is looking for a successor to their Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role will oversee the Accounting and Finance function and team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial reporting and transparency.
• Lead financial operations, including accounting, billing, procurement, and IT finance systems.
• Mentor and develop the finance team, preparing for organizational growth and leadership transition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 7 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
