Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through warm and outbound calls, effectively communicating our product offerings, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales and have the ability to negotiate effectively while building lasting relationships with customers. Flooring experience is a plus but absolutely not necessary. Professionalism, great customer service and a positive team attitude is a must.
Responsibilities
- Conduct warm calling to follow up on leads and nurture relationships with potential clients.
- Engage in outbound calling to identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions clearly to prospective customers.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to enhance product offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
- A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
