Your Role as a Direct Support Professional (DSP):
As a DSP, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do. You’ll be a source of support, guidance, and empowerment, helping individuals with developmental disabilities navigate daily life with confidence and dignity.
🔹 Personal Care for Men & Women: Provide hands-on assistance with essential daily tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and eating.
🔹 Pet-Friendly Support: Be comfortable working in homes with pets, including dogs and cats, ensuring individuals and their furry companions are cared for.
🔹 Life Skills Coaching: Help individuals build independence by teaching essential skills like meal preparation, managing medications, and engaging in meaningful activities.
🔹 Second Shift & Overnight Excellence: Most of our needs are during second shift (afternoons/evenings) and overnight hours, including awake shifts and on-site, on-call duties.
🔹 Weekend Commitment: Be ready to work every other weekend to support individuals when they need it most.
🔹 Engagement & Advocacy: Create meaningful moments every day by fostering relationships, advocating for individual needs, and being a champion of their unique goals.
🔹 Safety First: Transport individuals to appointments, activities, and events, ensuring safe and enjoyable journeys.

✔ Age: Must be 21 or older.
