Office Administrative Assistant
Commercial Office Furniture business is currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Administrative Assistant for our Hartford office. The Administrative Assistant provides support for the sales, finance and installation teams, with responsibilities including but not limited to the following:
· Assisting sales and design personnel in preparing and editing documents.
· Email and phone contact with clients.
· Managing scheduling, calendars, and emails.
· Maintaining and organizing files and records.
· Misc. projects as assigned.
Qualifications required:
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Word, Outlook, and Excel.
· Organized with a strong attention to detail.
· Ability to prioritize work and work independently.
· Ability to work in a fast moving, active environment.
· Flexibility to work overtime if necessary.
Compensation commensurate with experience. Benefits include medical and 401k when eligible.

Salary Rate: $38,500 - $43,500
Experience: 1 year in a business office environment.
Education: High School Diploma, Associates Degree preferred.
