In this role, you will provide essential support in managing school programs, handling data, coordinating with vendors, and communicating with families. Key Responsibilities:
Program and Data Support:
- Provide direct support to school programs under the direction of the Director.
- Maintain and manage the student enrollment database with accuracy.
- Generate and provide reports to Administration as needed.
Scheduling and Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings as requested.
- Support and anticipate the needs of Administration in overseeing daily operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and handle logistics related to school activities.
Communication and Interaction:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for small client issues and provide solutions as needed.
- Greet visitors warmly and field phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Check and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain and update files, ensuring all documentation is current and accurate.
- Handle various administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by the Director.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of one year of prior office experience required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel; willingness to learn new software specific to the business.
- Communication: High level of communication skills, both oral and written.
- Office Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of office etiquette, procedures, clerical aptitude, and typing skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work well with families and children; ability to analyze problems effectively and communicate with Administration.
- Multitasking: Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility: Ability to work regular office hours with some flexibility.
- Preferred Knowledge: Basic knowledge of childhood development is preferred.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
