Position Summary
Credit One Bank is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate II to join the Outbound Marketing team and work on strategic efforts that support the overall growth of the organization. As a member of this team, this position will be primarily responsible developing the marketing strategy, and executing omni-channel marketing campaigns to prospective and existing card members. Working on projects to improve the effectiveness of our efforts and collaborating with other teams on new initiatives.
Project management skills are critical to this role. These skills will be required to oversee the creation of creative concepts and execute campaigns across direct mail, email, mobile, and web.
Summary of Essential Job Functions:
- Create omni-channel marketing campaigns, that are designed to drive response, based on product segments
- Develop marketing content for Email, Direct Mail, Push Notifications, Mobile App, and Web
- Supervise the execution of marketing strategies across channels. Ensure accurate execution of strategies and tests
- Compile and analyze campaign performance to assist with planning future tests, inclusive of developing the test design(s)
- Use historical data to develop forecasts of campaign performance post deployment
- Collaborate with internal partners to evaluate and improve on fulfillment experience
- Conduct competitive offer and creative analysis using industry tools
- Work on ad-hoc projects as required
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business, marketing, or related field
- 3 years of marketing experience
- Credit card marketing, marketing strategy, or financial services experience a plus
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical skills, and project management experience
- Proficient in Tableau, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to collaborate effectively and follow up to ensure achievement of deadlines, outcomes, and results
