Position Summary
Credit One Bank is looking for a Senior Manager Testing, Digital Marketing to join the Digital Acquisition team. This candidate will work closely with the Digital Acquisitions VP and testing team on the optimization of the digital acquisition experience to drive results and increase profitability for Credit One Bank. In this role, we are looking for an expert in developing, implementing, executing, and reporting A / B testing strategies. This role offers a unique chance to make a significant impact by driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Manage the end-to-end testing process from test ideation, scheduling, ensuring accurate tracking, test QA and post launch monitoring to drive the maximum return on investment.
- Identify key areas for testing, create hypotheses, and design experiments to validate improvements.
- Define and validate test parameters, target audience, and success metrics based on business objectives.
- Monitor live tests to ensure they are running smoothly and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the test period.
- Collect and analyze data from multiple sources, including web analytics tools, A / B testing platforms, and internal data for in-depth statistical analysis of test results to determine the significance and impact of tested changes.
- Generate detailed wrap reports that include key findings, performance metrics, and recommendations for future actions.
- Present test results and insights to stakeholders, highlighting the implications for business strategy and decision-making.
- Recommend actionable next steps based on test findings, such as implementing successful variations or iterating on unsuccessful tests.
