About the Position: The Credova customer support agent is a team player who excels in customer support, but also loves being part of a team that enjoys working together and puts the company mission and values first. The ideal candidate can be somewhat fluid when it comes to working hours and fluctuation of work volume. The baseline schedule is 40 hours per week, 8 hours of this schedule are expected to be on either Saturday or Sunday which can be worked remotely and the remaining 4 days will be in-office, there may be occasional seasons in the year where some flexibility will be expected.

Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via multichannel tools such as email, chat and phone
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to ensure seamless communication with consumers
- Provide excellent customer service for our partnered merchants
- Advocate for the customer experience, recommending improvements, Identify trends and other information to management
- 3 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in CRM and/or help desk center; Zendesk is a plus
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask customer interactions
- Ability to identify Customer needs and take appropriate action
