This is a full-time W2 position in West Palm Beach, FL.

The primary mission of the Marketplace segment is to help consumers "shop their values" and put purpose behind their purchases. PublicSquare's Financial Technology segment includes Credova, a consumer financing and payments company. PublicSquare's Brands segment consists of D2C companies, like EveryLife, a premium life-affirming baby products company.

This equipment is often expensive, and Americans sometimes need help spreading the payments for these enablers of joy over time.

About the Position: The Credova customer support agent is a team player who excels in customer support, but also loves being part of a team that enjoys working together and puts the company mission and values first. The ideal candidate can be somewhat fluid when it comes to working hours and fluctuation of work volume. The baseline schedule is 40 hours per week, 8 hours of this schedule are expected to be on either Saturday or Sunday which can be worked remotely and the remaining 4 days will be in-office, there may be occasional seasons in the year where some flexibility will be expected.

We are looking to fill this role quickly and begin training in the coming weeks with training beginning as soon as February. If you feel like you'd be a good match for this position, we look forward to your application!

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via multichannel tools such as email, chat and phone
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to ensure seamless communication with consumers
  • Provide excellent customer service for our partnered merchants
  • Advocate for the customer experience, recommending improvements, Identify trends and other information to management

Successful candidate will need:

  • 3 years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in CRM and/or help desk center; Zendesk is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask customer interactions
  • Ability to identify Customer needs and take appropriate action
