What are the responsibilities and job description for the LNHA Administrator position at Creekside Center?
The primary purpose of the Administrator (LNHA) is to direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern long-term facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times.
Salary range: Starting at $140k-$160k

* Leads and is accountable for operations and departments of the Center, including employee engagement
* Assures Core Values and Promises become a reality in all dealings
* Works in close collaboration with the Center Nurse Executive/Director of Nursing, Medical Director, Director of Rehab and department heads
REQUIREMENTS:
- LNHA in CA
- Licensed according to state regulations
- Excellent interpersonal skills & well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of administrative management techniques, supervisory practices, procedures, and principles
- Working knowledge of all government regulations impacting Nursing Centers
- On-call availability
