The Club: Creighton Farms, a majestic 900-acre sanctuary situated between the quaint, historic towns of Middleburg and Leesburg in picturesque Northern Virginia horse country, with the idyllic Blue Ridge and Bull Run Mountains as its backdrop, is a private club committed to delivering the highest service levels to our members.
THE OPPORTUNITY: We are hiring Golf Cart Attendants to join our team. The Attendant is to ensure a zero-gravity experience for all guests—Have golf carts ready with equipment, and drinks, and give any information they may need. The Attendant will also demonstrate the Southworth Values: Deliver Extraordinary, Build Community, Dare to Be Different, and Play to Win as they play an important role in Elevating the experience.
Duties and Functions of the position include, but are not limited to:
· Embrace Southworth Golf Service and Departmental Standards set.
· Assist Outside Operations Supervisor with follow-up training of Level 1 and Level 2 Attendant.
· Perform on-course duties such as marshaling and starter.
· Complete routine maintenance on cart fleet and other equipment
· Maintain cart cleanliness and setup.
· Perform the following duties as described in the training manual.
· Maintain range set up and range all supplies in the practice facility.
· Maintain bag storage room organization and upkeep.
· Assist and cooperate with other operational tasks as requested.
Qualifications:
· Must be authorized to work in the United States.
· Must be able to pass a background check.
· Must have a valid driver's license.
· Ability to provide excellent customer service to members and guests.
· Ability to work independently in a variety of environments and weather conditions.
· Must demonstrate good judgment.
· Must be of good character, trustworthy, reliable, and dependable.
· Must present a professional business image through appropriate business attire and grooming.
· Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
· A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
· Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed
Preferred Skills:
· Assist attendants’ level 2 & 3, Outside Staff, with monthly service of Golf Cars and equipment.
