The KC-based firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 2 years of law firm experience to support a distinguished team of trial attorneys. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing case documentation, coordinating discovery, and assisting with trial preparation in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment dedicated to achieving complete client vindication.
Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities
- Review and draft routine legal documents
- Create and maintain case files
- Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders
- Conduct legal research
Litigation Paralegal Requirements
- 2 year's experience as a Litigation Paralegal, preferably medical malpractice or insurance defense.
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in legal research tools, Microsoft Office suite, and case management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
- A demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality legal support in a fast-paced litigation environment.
