Executive Assistant
As a growing Dallas Retail Real Estate Company, Crest Commercial Real Estate is seeking a Full-time (9:00am – 6:00pm) Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. $55-$60,000/year, commensurate with experience bonus plan health insurance
JOB DUTIES:
· Communicate professionally with clients
· Provide excellent Customer Service
· Manage incoming calls and determine the priority of calls to both internal and external clients
· “Read and Weed” daily emails
· Maintain the President’s calendar
· Maintain a log of daily tasks to be completed by the President
· Assist in the preparation of leasing and sales documents
· Proof-read documents coming into and out of the office
· Maintain a log of vacancies at Properties
· Track and communicate with President upcoming lease expirations
· Assist in keeping the Crest Website current and accurate
· Update Real Estate databases and resources such as CoStar, CIB and NTCAR
· Oversee the Receptionist/Admin
· Coordinate and plan company social events and business meetings
· Review Leases submitted by Agents for Owner execution.
REQUIREMENTS & PREFERRED SKILL SETS:
· Strong Commercial Real Estate client relations skills
· Microsoft 365
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Positive, innovative approach to problem solving
· Ability to work independently in an organized, efficient manner with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-through
· Ability to exercise judgment and discretion with confidential information
· Must be professional at setting priorities and coping with competing demands
· Excellent time-management and general organization skills
· Neat, professional appearance
· Must have an active Texas Real Estate License
