The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development
