Banquet Event Chef Responsibilities
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ensure all operations of the Events Kitchen are optimal and orders executed to plan
- Maintaining high levels of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
- Support the team to execute tasks on time with enthusiasm
- Ability to manage with integrity, honesty, and knowledge while promoting culture and values
- Coordinate and collaborate with other departments in the hotel as needed
- Comply with all county and state laws governing food service operations
- 2 years as Chef of Upscale Catering Events in High Volume Restaurants
- High energy, takes initiative, and has a strong sense of urgency
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
- Must have experience in upscale or fine dining scratch kitchens
- Must be passionate about food and executing consistency at a high-volume
- Must be passionate about cleanliness and food safety
- Open to working days, nights, and weekends
