Title: Corporate Quality Improvement Consultant
Responsibilities: The Corporate Clinical Consultant will provide support, consultation, mentorship, and leadership to each of the campus program departments. The Consultant will develop a partnership with campus leaders, Service Coordinators and Recovery Coaches as needed to help drive the overall success of their programs, support foundational tools in their programs such as WRAP and DBT, Recovery environment, policies and procedures compliance and quality assurance development that are necessary for providing quality care and clinical practices of the organization. The Corporate Quality Improvement Consultant supports the corporate Quality Improvement program through supporting the campus assessments, mock surveys with established policies and procedures, regulations, and accreditation standards. The Corporate Quality Improvement Consultant is expected to be an active participant in the Corporate Quality Improvement team’s collaboration and development process.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Pay Range:: $139,000 USD - $153,920 USD

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or healthcare related field
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting preferred.
- Crestwood Trained, certified and active participant in DBT, WRAP, foundational tools and trauma informed approaches.
