What You'll Do:
As our Human Resources Generalist, you’ll be at the heart of our recruiting and staffing efforts, ensuring our office and shop personnel are positioned for success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting and Staffing: Manage the logistics of hiring office and shop personnel, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent.
- Advisory Role: Provide expert guidance to supervisors on a range of Human Resources matters, offering practical solutions to challenges.
- Policy & Compliance: Assist in the development of policies, respond to inquiries, and ensure consistency and regulatory compliance across the board.
- Employee Development: Play a key role in employee relations, training, and leadership programs that foster growth and success.
- Special Projects & Clerical Support: Offer administrative support and take on special projects that drive improvements in our HR processes.
- Investigation Leadership: Lead and manage investigations into employee relations concerns, ensuring a thorough, fair, and compliant process.
- Travel: Participate in travel opportunities as needed to enhance our recruiting and employee engagement efforts.
What We're Looking For:
- A dynamic and proactive individual with a background in Human Resources or recruiting.
- Experience in social media, job boards, and career fairs to build relationships and drive recruitment efforts.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of employees and supervisors.
- A passion for fostering employee development and ensuring a fair and compliant workplace.
Shift & Compensation:
- Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Compensation: starting at $55,000 annually, with additional perks including eligibility for our benefits package, paid time off starting on day one, and annual performance reviews.
