Pay: up to $70K yearly salary DOE Excellent benefits
Type: Full time permanent employment
Job Duties:

Scheduling and dispatching work crews, drivers, vehicles and equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer request or immediate needs.

Preparing work orders for technicians or receiving work orders from technicians.

Organization and record keeping of work requests, customer requests, expenses, and inventory.

Customer relations such as customer calls, daily communication with Technicians and supervisors.

Full cycle dispatch from initial call to work order to dispatching technicians.
Job Qualifications:
- Previous HVAC, Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing / construction Dispatching experience a must.
- Microsoft office proficient.
- Great communication skills and ability to use various forms of communication.
- Must be able to multitask and attention to detail is a must.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Ability to pass Background check and Drug Screen.
