Position Overview:
The Vice President of Central/West Sales will be responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy across the Central and Western regions of the United States. This high-impact role will focus on expanding market share, driving revenue growth, and developing high-performing sales teams. The VP will work closely with executive leadership, sales teams, and partners to enhance business development efforts and ensure alignment with Crete United’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Central/West region to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of sales professionals, including Business Development Representatives and Regional Sales Managers.
- Identify new business opportunities, foster relationships with key clients, and drive partner-influenced sales growth.
- Implement sales training programs to enhance the effectiveness of local-level sellers, ensuring a proactive and strategic sales approach.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, operations, and executive leadership, to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
- Track sales performance metrics, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to maximize profitability.
- Represent Crete United at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand awareness and business development.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in sales leadership within the MEP, construction, or service industries.
- Proven success in scaling sales teams, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue growth in a multi-state or national environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing sales professionals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to drive strategic decision-making.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a startup or entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Central/West region to engage with clients and sales teams.
