CRG Global, Inc is a leader in sensory and consumer market research as a supplier for many specialized industries including fine fragrance, health and beauty aids, luxury goods, healthcare, and entertainment. We conduct consumer and market research studies domestically and internationally at our 15 U.S. office locations.
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining vendor relationships. This is a vital role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who is knowledgeable in accounts payable processes, has strong attention to detail, is self-motivated, and enjoys data entry.
Essential Duties:
- Match invoices to receiving documents or obtain necessary approvals.
- Post invoices into the computer system.
- Generate accounts payable payments .
- Reconcile employee expense reports.
- Post monthly rental expenses and generate rent checks or pay by ACH.
- Research vendor statements for discrepancies & resolve any issues or disputes
- File paid and unpaid invoices and statements.
- Reconcile accounts payable for monthly close including account reconciliations
- Maintain W-9 documentation for all vendors and update system as necessary
- Multi-company with multi-approval processes
- Data entry experience
Qualification/requirement:
· Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word
· Detail oriented
· Basic mathematical skills
· Experience in MS Dynamics SL a plus
Education/Experience:
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Self motivated

Pay: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
