Admin
- - Take phone calls schedule appointments, including updating scheduling system, and writing in Google chats when a clinician has an appointment with a client
- - Help with recruiting and hiring new functional skills specialist behavior technicians, Licensed Mental Health Clinicians, and behavior analyst. Setting up Interviews, and screening questions to ensure they are at right fit.
- - Work with steamroller copy to help with our promotional brochures, infographics and name badges.
- - Manage client referral list, run verification of benefits for medicaid every month.
- - Manage all private pay payments, coinsurance, copayments, deductibles, send emails and make phone calls to collect payments or set up payment plans.
- - Manage the psych eval and ADOS testing system to ensure parents are meeting with an evaluator for an ADOS and then receiving the appropriate questionnaire to fill out for the BASC and SRS, sending the psychologist the results of these questionnaires.
- - Ensure pre-authorizations and marketing contacts are entered and managed.
- - Manage and update the company team roster ensure everything on the roster is up today and all the columns are filled out for each employee.
- - Check all faxes through hello fax and ensure information is disseminated to the appropriate person when a fax comes through.
- - Help manage team lead requirements ensure they are doing monthly team meeting quizzes and staying up-to-date with all their job duties and responsibilities through our team lead checklist.
- - Timely and efficient communication through Google chats, managing the admin to do list and other task list items that you are tagged in are done in a reasonable amount of time.
- Check the mail daily and sort mail and deliver to the appropriate recipient, go to the bank and cash checks into the company account as needed.
VOB’s Billing and Insurance
- Check sessions everyday and ensure the correct funding source is attached to each client. (Copay or Coinsurance). Insurance contracted rate.
- Insure default service is set up correctly on each client
- Bill out copays and private pay sessions daily.
- Run VOB’s - Enter client demographic information into simple practice, add client contacts, Monitor privacy practice documents and all on boarding document for new clients, set default services accurately for all new clients or when funding source changes, add insurance type and payer ID to all new clients
- - Manage client inquiry list, follow up with clients biweekly monthly to ensure clients in the queue are being communicated with and that we are getting them serviced as soon as possible.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
