Program Supervisor (LMSW) – Advocate Program - Case Management
Crisis Services is currently seeking a Program Supervisor to provide leadership and direct supervision to the Case Management team who offers comprehensive victim services to individuals who have experienced sexual assault, domestic violence, family violence and/or elder abuse.

About this opportunity:
The Advocate Department of Crisis Services is Erie County’s Rape Crisis Center and an OCFS licensed Non-Residential Domestic Violence Service Provider in New York State. The Department provides comprehensive victim services to individuals who have experienced sexual assault, domestic violence, family violence and/or elder abuse. Many of our core services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Program Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Director and Advocate Department Management Team in the oversight of the Advocate Department operations and staff. This position provides leadership and direct supervision for staff on the Case Management Team and is responsible for the Department’s new staff training and onboarding.
Job Type:
- Full Time, 40 hours per week
Pay:
- $61,000 per year; with additional consideration based on candidate qualifications and experience.
Schedule:
- Flexible within regular business hours, with some evening hours, as needed
- Monday through Friday
- Responsible for participation in rotating on-call supervisory consult responsibilities outside of scheduled work week.
Work Setting:
- Office-based with remote capabilities
What you will bring to this position:
- Master’s degree in social work, public health, mental health counseling, or related degree, with correlating licensure where available.
- A minimum of two (2) years of recent full-time professional experience in sexual/domestic violence response/prevention and/or providing direct client services.
- Experience in supporting staff training and development.
- Experience with supervision and/or coordination of interns or volunteer programs.
- Capacity to work across disciplines and with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Superior knowledge of HIPAA laws/regulations about protected health information; code of ethics, confidentiality and privacy principles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to develop effective interpersonal relationships with team members, clients, and staff.
- Demonstrated judgment, empathy, and ethical values and abilities that align with Crisis Services’ goals and values.
- A valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record with access to a reliable vehicle.
