Overview
Our Sales and Event Coordinator plays a crucial role in our company’s ability to connect with brides, event planners, and others planning their once-in-a-lifetime events. As the first point of contact, you set the standard for an exceptional client experience, helping turn dreams into reality for weddings, parties, and other special occasions. Applicants work schedule is either MWF or TTS.
Key Responsibilities
Intake & Client Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective customers via email, text, and phone calls
- Follow up with inquiries to ensure timely and personalized communication
- Schedule and conduct taste tests for prospective clients
- Host venue tours, providing a comprehensive overview of our services
- Manage all software platforms, customer data, and related information to ensure a smooth intake process
Outbound & Business Development
- Establish and nurture relationships with wedding venues, event planners, and other professionals in the wedding industry
- Represent our company at expos, events, and shows to promote our services
- Work with Marketing Director to execute email marketing campaigns aimed at past clients to foster ongoing relationships and referrals
Qualifications & Experience
- Exceptional people skills with a passion for customer service
- Demonstrated or a related field, with a knack for building rapport
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple communication channels and software platforms
