Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Practice-specific interaction with clients in partnership with client services
- Process documentation
- Collaborates with other practices.
- Executes deliverables as defined by scope.
- Upholds agency processes and compliance
- Learn & master hands-on keyboarding setting up and base level optimizing media channels including website analytics
- Tagging and trafficking of creative assets
- Budget reconciliation & monitoring pacing
- Conduct research through competitive audits to assist in proposals, pitches and/or reports.
- Collect channel metrics and track results
- Identify areas of optimization based on media performance
- Take notes and provide detailed recaps of meetings
- Participate in team brainstorms
Job Requirements:
- Based in New York and able to work in-office at least 2-3 days per week
- An interest in the latest marketing trends
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office software, especially Excel
- Collaborative worker but capable of working independently, when needed
- Organized and flexible working in a fast-paced environment while delivering results
- Ability to manage workload with close oversight
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to present ideas confidently
- Ability to flag concerns and escalate to the team leads
Compensation Range: $57,000 - $70,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, Benefits include: health/dental/vision insurance, matching 401(k), FSA and HSA
