- Ohio Home Inspection License is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in building inspection or related fields.
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and inspection processes.
- Must be Detail-oriented.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple inspections simultaneously.
- Proficient in using inspection tools and technologies.
- Ability to climb ladders, inspect roofs, attics, and crawl spaces.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Must enjoy engaging with clients and providing excellent customer service.

- Local (central Ohio) inspections. Normal weekday schedule. No long-term travel. Be home every night.
