RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Drive the company's consumer product business strategy to deliver long-term sustainable growth, achieve core KPIs, and continue to strengthen the company's customer relationship.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset by creating new business opportunities and successfully influencing both internally and externally to maximize sales potential.
- Manage Joint Business Plan to ensure year over year success in key areas of responsibility such as assortment, pricing, promotion, merchandising.
- Deliver omnichannel sales growth with demonstrated expertise in digital shelf management to drive increased digital penetration while executing fundamentals to deliver in-store success.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders such as supply chain, sales strategy, brand marketing, shopper marketing, and Net Revenue Management to ensure optimization of sales strategies and excellence in execution.
- Own all elements of forecasting, promotional planning, and trade management for the respective business and deliver monthly performance updates.
- Full P&L responsibility to deliver all financial KPI targets
