Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in vehicle selection.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on leads to drive sales opportunities.
- Utilize software tools to manage the sales pipeline and track customer interactions effectively.
- Provide sales support by preparing vehicle information, pricing, and financing options for customers.
- Demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits that meet their needs.
- Maintain knowledge of current automotive trends, inventory, and promotions to assist customers accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing sales performance.
- Foster relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up practices.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele; multilingual skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with cold calling techniques and outbound sales strategies is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using software tools related to sales management and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to building customer relationships and managing the sales process from start to finish.
- A valid driver's license is required for test drives and customer interactions.
