Description :
Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for an Assistant Manager II with amazing attention to detail and exceptional customer service for the 210-unit apartment community of Eastpark Apartment Homes. Amenities at this apartment community include 24-hour fitness center and lounge, sparkling pol, spa, and multiple community picnic and play areas.
You will be assisting the Property Manager with day-to-day management including marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements, as well as support and fill in for the leasing agent to lease apartments, answer phones, and tour prospects.

Location : Eastpark Apartment Homes | Salem, OR
Hourly Rate : $23.00 - $26.00 / hr. (DOE)
Schedule : FT, Tuesday-Saturday, 9 : 00AM-6 : 00PM
Weekly Contracted Hours : 40 hrs.
Additional Compensation : A monthly $25.00 cell phone stipend, leasing bonuses, and mileage reimbursement for business-related travels.
