Duties

- Operate phone systems, handling incoming calls and directing them to appropriate personnel.
- Support office management tasks, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, record keeping, and correspondence management.
- Running errands as needed.
Skills
- Proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Experience with phone systems for effective communication.
- Knowledge of general office practices and procedures.
- Previous experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
