Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tasting Room Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, serving drinks, selling bottles, and assisting with events. If you have a passion for spirits and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors to the tasting room.
- Serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails and samples of our spirits.
- Educate customers about our products and the distillation process.
- Handle sales transactions for bottles and merchandise.
- Assist in organizing and executing tasting events and special promotions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting room and bar area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or retail environment preferred.
- Knowledge or interest in spirits, cocktails, and the distillation process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
