Responsibilities
- Conduct blood bank testing, including crossmatching & antibody identification.
- Ensure compliance with quality control and safety standards.
- Operate and troubleshoot advanced lab equipment.
- Work closely with physicians and healthcare teams.
- Florida Clinical Laboratory License in ALL 5 specialty areas:
- Blood Bank, Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Serology/Immunology
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field.
- ASCP or AMT certification (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
