A Northern New Jersey plastic surgery practice, committed to providing high-quality care, is looking for a Patient Coordinator/Administarative Assistant with a strong sales and customer service background to join our team.

This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to connect with prospective and current patients, and strong organizational abilities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments while managing follow-ups.
  • Engage with prospective patients through calls, texts, and emails.
  • Provide information about services, answer questions, and guide patients toward booking.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records and update patient information.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to patient care.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred and a big plus, but not required.
  • Background in sales, customer service, and patient scheduling required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
  • Proficiency with calendar software, CRM systems, and email communication.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setting, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
  • A professional, empathetic, and patient-focused mindset.
