About the Opportunity:
Join our dynamic EDI team in Manchester, NH, and play a crucial role in empowering our clients with seamless benefits administration. We're seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy EDI Support Specialist to build, test, and maintain client benefit portals on leading platforms like Employee Navigator, ADP, and Paylocity. You'll be the go-to expert for our clients, providing training and ensuring accurate enrollment data. What You’ll Do:
- Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients and producers to recommend the most suitable benefit platform to meet their needs.
- Portal Development: Build and configure client benefit portals according to employer specifications, often within tight deadlines to align with renewal periods. Oversee portal builds implemented by third party adminstrators.
- EDI Management: Assist with data mapping, testing, and troubleshooting EDI transactions to ensure accurate data flow.
- Data Integrity: Resolve EDI errors, discrepancies, and generate detailed reports to maintain data accuracy.
- Enrollment Support: Guide enrollments through proper channels and prepare sites for annual open enrollment, including updating portals and census information.
- Client Training: Provide comprehensive training to clients on portal usage and best practices.
What You Bring:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in the employee benefits industry.
- Platform Expertise: Proven experience with Employee Navigator, ADP, Paylocity, or similar benefit platforms.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel and database management systems.
- Benefits Knowledge: Working knowledge of employee benefits plans and regulations.
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Training & Coaching: Ability to effectively coach and train clients.
