About the Role
iCapital is looking to hire an Associate or Assistant Vice President to join the iCapital Solutions team, specifically focused on relationship management amongst the service providers of the companys largest Asset & Wealth Management clients. This position will play a key role in assisting with the management, development, & maintenance of our current third-party partnerships, & will work closely with senior members of the Platform Partnerships team & internal stakeholders.
This is a critical, technical role focused on the delivery & ongoing support of iCapitals full suite of technology solutions, spanning alternatives & structured investments, to the independent wealth channel & enterprise partners. This individual will be responsible for developing & executing our companys strategy in establishing strategic partnerships that extend access to & further embed iCapital as part of the Wealth Management ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Initiate, measure, implement, & regulate the outsourcing process to ensure we appropriately leverage both onshore & offshore service providers.
- Oversee & monitor emerging issues to identify gaps & hold internal stakeholders accountable for driving company initiatives forward.
- Develop & maintain successful working relationships with vendor representatives & senior leaders throughout the organization including promoting mutually beneficial relationships between partners & the organization.
- Collaborate with all appropriate parties to ensure effective execution of goals & initiatives.
- Collaborate with management to determine internal & external (vendor) reporting requirements & enforce the delivery of accurate & timely information.
- Analyze partner performance data on a regular basis & perform follow-up activities to ensure partners adhere to company quality measures.
- Coordinate regular performance reviews with partners & communicate needed improvements.
- Organize in-person quarterly meetings with all partners to review the relationship status, discuss state of the union, address any current material issues, & discuss business updates & opportunities on both sides.
- Maintain broad influence through the ongoing development of relationships across the organization.
- Perform other duties & responsibilities as assigned.
- Drive process improvement, in part by organizing ongoing partner & prospect requests, & leveraging available technology.
Qualifications
The base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $130,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, & an annual performance bonus.
