In-Building Capital Budget Manager
Hybrid Role - Any Telecommunication Hub Location - 3 days per week in office
Join National In-Building and Venues team as an In-Building Capital Budget Manager, overseeing capital budget management and financial planning for our in-building solutions portfolio.
In-Building Capital Budget Manager Responsibilities
- Plan and manage capital expenditures aligned with Network, Sponsorship, and Sales priorities
- Create and track budgets, including variance analysis and forecasting
- Process invoices and purchase requisitions for financial project accounting
- Lead RFP processes and develop technical solutions for customer requirements
- Present investment opportunities and executive financial reports to leadership
- Partner with legal and real estate teams on lease document processing
Core Qualifications
- 7 years of wireless telecom experience, specifically in in-building ecosystems
- Proven experience in DAS/in-building solution deployment lifecycle
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (Capital vs Expense, NPV, depreciation)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Technical field
- PMP certification
- Excellence in analytics, communication, and project management
Preferred Skills
- Experience with DAS and Neutral Host systems (Corning, JMA, Commscope)
- Construction and equipment engineering background
- Team leadership experience in multi-technology deployments
- Vendor management expertise
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to change
Work Schedule
- Hybrid schedule requiring 3 days per week in office
- Must be located near a Telecommunication hub location
