Our client, a major chemical manufacturer, is looking for a contract Export Operations Representative to join their team in Research Triangle Park, NC.
This is a long-term contract role with a pay rate of $30.000 hourly. (It could be extended or directly hired.) Benefits are available.

Key Responsibilities :
Prepare essential export documentation – including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
Ensure compliance with U.S. and international export policies, procedures, and regulations
Provide top-tier customer support by sharing order updates, shipment notifications, and final delivery confirmations
Coordinate shipping activities with suppliers, customers, and freight forwarders to ensure on-time delivery
Monitor inventory levels and work with procurement to maintain required materials
Troubleshoot and resolve export issues related to delays, damages, or lost shipments
Keep accurate records of all transactions for auditing and reporting purposes
Stay up to date on export laws and update internal training documentation as needed
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation
- A dependable team player who can work both collaboratively and independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- SAP experience is a plus but not required
- Export coordination experience is a plus but not required
