- Proven track record of at least 1 year in college recruiting or university admissions, demonstrating exceptional success in high-volume candidate engagement
- Consistent achievement of aggressive outreach and conversion goals, with metrics to back it up
- Impressive portfolio of successful, high-impact recruiting and marketing events
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with measurable outcomes
- Proficiency in leveraging ATS/CRM systems for strategic pipeline management
- Current residence in Austin, TX or willingness to relocate
- Readiness to embrace up to 75% travel during peak recruiting seasons (January-May, August-November)
