This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. - Jan–May: Frequent travel to Stanford and MIT to spearhead dynamic recruitment campaigns, host events, and forge connections with top-tier CS/ML students.
- June–Aug: Support summer program participants, ensuring their experience is both seamless and rewarding.
- Sept–Dec: Leverage insights from your initial recruiting cycle to enhance your impact for the next cycle.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead energetic on-campus recruitment campaigns to attract the best CS/ML students.
- Engage with students, faculty, and university bodies to foster enduring connections.
- Efficiently manage a talent pipeline with enthusiasm to meet ambitious targets.
- Travel extensively between Austin, Stanford, and MIT to conduct recruitment events and build relationships.
- Spending your days in a quiet office setting.
- Working a typical 9-to-5 schedule.
- Recruiting without stepping out of your comfort zone or directly engaging with students.

Basic Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in college recruiting or university admissions with proven success in handling high-volume candidate engagement
- A record of consistently achieving challenging outreach and conversion goals
- A strong portfolio showcasing successful recruiting or marketing events
- Proven success in managing complex projects with measurable outcomes
- Experience with ATS/CRM systems for tracking candidate pipelines
- Based in Austin, TX, or willing to relocate
- Willingness to travel up to 75% during peak recruiting seasons (January-May, August-November)
