- Native-level proficiency in both Spanish and English, with natural cultural fluency
- Rich understanding of Latino-Hispanic cultural nuances, traditions, and community dynamics
- Proven track record in community organizing, advocacy, or relationship-based outreach
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire trust and motivate action
- Arizona-based with flexibility to engage with communities throughout the state
- Authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
