What You Will Be Doing

  • Strategically build and manage a high-potential sales pipeline targeting private schools, maintaining crystal-clear visibility from first contact to close
  • Deliver compelling, high-impact presentations that showcase our revolutionary learning approach and address key stakeholder needs
  • Drive the entire sales cycle independently, from prospecting to closing deals that meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets
  • Forge and nurture relationships with decision-makers in the private school ecosystem, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Leverage our CRM to maintain impeccable records and accurate forecasting, ensuring data-driven decision-making

Enterprise Account Executive Key Responsibilities

Drive exponential revenue growth by securing strategic partnerships for our 2 Hour Learning solution in private schools, establishing a dominant market presence, and achieving scalable, year-over-year growth that reshapes the education landscape.

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of high-performance B2B sales experience with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding ambitious revenue targets
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing the complete sales cycle, from strategic prospecting through successful closing
  • Prior success in education markets (US K-12 schools) or adjacent industries such as EdTech, SaaS, or services strongly preferred
  • Exceptional consultative selling and relationship-building skills, with the ability to position yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Must be based in the US or Canada, with a preference for Northeast locations (e.g., Maine, New York, Connecticut)
  • In-depth understanding of the U.S. private school market and its unique dynamics
  • Willingness and ability to travel 50-75% to meet with private school clients and attend high-impact events

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
