This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing

- Crafting impactful literacy interventions within our focused 2-hour framework
- Partnering with our tech team to refine AI tools that enhance your teaching prowess
- Employing real-time data analytics to optimize each student's learning journey continuously
- Developing scalable literacy content tailored to individual student needs
- Engaging in conventional lesson planning and administrative tasks
- Adhering to outdated and rigid reading programs
- Managing overcrowded classrooms with limited resources
- Spending excessive time on behavioral management instead of teaching
- Handling bureaucratic paperwork that doesn't directly benefit student outcomes

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Elementary Education, Literacy, or a related field
- Alternatively, any bachelor's degree with recognized reading instruction certifications (such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Reading System, etc.)
- Experience in early elementary teaching with proven literacy instruction success
- Passion for educational technology and a readiness to embrace AI tools
- Proven ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
- Availability to work on-site at our Austin, TX campus
