What you will be doing
- Conducting dynamic, personalized reading sessions using our AI-driven adaptive platform
- Creating innovative literacy interventions designed to maximize impact within our targeted 2-hour framework
- Working alongside our tech team to refine AI tools that enhance your instructional expertise
- Utilizing real-time data analytics to continually refine each student's learning experience
- Developing scalable literacy content tailored to individual student needs
What you will NOT be doing
- Spending time on conventional lesson planning and administrative tasks
- Adhering to outdated reading programs that overlook technological advancements
- Managing overcrowded classrooms with limited resources
- Dealing with behavioral issues instead of focusing on teaching
- Getting bogged down in bureaucratic paperwork that doesn't benefit student learning
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement an AI-enhanced reading curriculum that empowers students to make significant literacy strides within our innovative 2-Hour Learning model, all while fostering a genuine love for reading.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Elementary Education, Literacy, or a related field
- Alternatively, any bachelor's degree with recognized reading instruction certifications (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Reading System)
- Experience in early elementary teaching with a proven track record in literacy instruction
- Passion for educational technology and eagerness to utilize AI-driven tools
- Proven ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
