What You Will Be Doing
- Pioneer personalized reading sessions using our state-of-the-art AI-driven adaptive platform
- Craft high-impact literacy interventions tailored for our revolutionary 2-hour model
- Collaborate with our tech team to refine AI tools, ensuring they complement and enhance your expertise
- Harness real-time data analytics to continuously optimize each student's learning journey
- Develop scalable, adaptive literacy content that responds to individual student needs and progress
- Drowning in conventional lesson planning and administrative paperwork
- Implementing outdated reading programs that ignore technological advancements
- Managing overcrowded classrooms with insufficient resources
- Spending precious instruction time on behavioral management
- Getting bogged down in bureaucratic red tape that doesn't directly impact student outcomes
Spearhead the development and implementation of an AI-enhanced reading program that empowers students to achieve exceptional literacy progress within our innovative 2-Hour Learning model, while cultivating a genuine passion for reading and learning.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Elementary Education, Literacy, or related field; OR any bachelor's degree combined with recognized reading instruction certifications (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Reading System)
- Proven track record of successful early elementary literacy instruction
- Passion for educational technology and eagerness to master AI-driven tools
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging, high-impact learning experiences
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
- Ability to work on-site at one of our locations: Austin, Fort Worth, Houston, New York City, Orlando, Phoenix, Santa Barbara, Tampa, or West Palm Beach
