- Confidently addressing technical inquiries about data privacy, security, and system integration, especially concerning FERPA/COPPA compliance.
- Collaborating with sales teams to identify opportunities and ensure seamless implementation of our pioneering learning model.
- Setting up demo environments that showcase our platform's adaptability to each student's unique level and learning pace.
- Creating generic edtech demos without addressing schools' specific challenges and objectives.
- Concentrating solely on features without linking them to our proven learning outcomes and student success stories.
- Maintaining technical documentation or knowledge bases.
- Remaining desk-bound—this role involves regular travel to engage directly with progressive schools.

- Proven ability to build trust through technical expertise and collaborate closely with sales teams.
