We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and closing deals to drive revenue growth for the company.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to generate leads and drive new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring a personalized and consultative sales approach.
- Conduct client meetings, present design and construction services, and provide customized solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with the architectural and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution from contract to completion.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry advancements to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
- Track sales performance, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and provide regular sales reports to leadership.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction, real estate, or a related industry.
- Strong ability to build rapport, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
