Our Mount Holly House provides a nurturing space for up to five females aged 14 to 17. Our dedicated team offers 24 / 7 care, creating a comfortable living environment where young women can thrive and develop. Through a holistic approach, we provide services to encourage growth and empowerment, with a proven track record of building confidence, fostering self-expression, and imparting new skills to our residents.

Summary of Essential Duties :
As a Case Manage r , you'll be part of a team helping create a highly structured, professional, and nurturing environment for our youth. You'll be instrumental in supporting female youth aged 14-17 with complex behavioral health challenges, providing strength-based, family-friendly, and trauma-informed services.
