The Role

This position is a catalyst for change, working with the leadership team to help architect systems, optimize operations, and high-impact initiatives that scale the reach and impact of our mission.

• Drive strategic planning, aligning clinical operations, outreach, education, and fundraising efforts with the organization's mission and vision.
• Lead environmental scanning, goal setting, and performance measurement to ensure sustained growth and impact.
• Identify new opportunities for program expansion, partnerships, and revenue diversification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide organizational strategy, policy development, and mission-critical decision-making with the senior leadership team.
• Leverage data-driven insights to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous innovation in our public health and cancer support model.
• Oversee daily operations, team performance, and key initiatives, ensuring measurable impact and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Six Sigma or equivalent expertise, with a demonstrated track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Adept at managing multiple high-impact projects with precision.
• Strong ability to build trust and foster collaboration.
